The present “general conditions of use” have the purpose of providing a legal framework for the provision of the services of the site www.navettefluviale.be and their use by the “User”.

The host of the site www.navettefluviale.be is the company Société ONE.com whose head office is located at 57 rue d’Amsterdam – 75008 Paris – France.

ARTICLE 3: Definitions
The present clause has the purpose of defining the various essential terms of the contract:
• User: this term denotes all persons who use the site or any of the services offered by the site.
• User content: this is data transmitted by the User within the site.

ARTICLE 6: Responsibility and force majeure
The information sources disseminated on the site are deemed to be reliable. Nevertheless, the site reserves the option of a non-guarantee of the reliability of the sources.
