ARTICLE 1: Purpose

The present “general conditions of use” have the purpose of providing a legal framework for the provision of the services of the site and their use by the “User”.
The general conditions of use must be accepted by all Users wishing to access the site. They constitute the contract between the site and the User. Access to the site by the User signifies his or her acceptance of these general conditions of use.

ARTICLE 3: Definitions
The present clause has the purpose of defining the various essential terms of the contract:
• User: this term denotes all persons who use the site or any of the services offered by the site.
• User content: this is data transmitted by the User within the site.

ARTICLE 4: Access to services
The site is accessible free of charge at all locations to any User who has access to the Internet. All fees borne by the User in order to access the service (computer equipment, software, Internet connection, etc.) are his or her responsibility.
The site employs all means at its disposal in order to ensure quality access to its services. As the duty is to apply due care, the site does not commit itself to achieving this result.
Any event due to a case of force majeure, resulting in the malfunctioning of the web or server, will not engage the responsibility .
Access to the site’s services may at any time be subject to interruption, suspension, modification without prior notice for a maintenance measure or any other case. The User undertakes not to claim any compensation following the interruption, suspension or modification of the present contract.

The User will seek the site’s prior approval for all forms of reproduction, publication, copying of the various contents.
The User undertakes to use the site’s contents in a strictly private context. Use of the contents for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.

ARTICLE 6: Responsibility and force majeure
The information sources disseminated on the site are deemed to be reliable. Nevertheless, the site reserves the option of a non-guarantee of the reliability of the sources. The information provided on the site is provided with a purely informative aim. The User therefore assumes sole and full responsibility for the use of information and content on the present site.
The site’s responsibility cannot be engaged in the event of force majeure or unforeseeable and insurmountable acts on the part of a third party.
